Feedport is a feedback collection tool. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple because we're a small tool built by an indie developer.
What we collect
From you (account holders):
- • Email address (for login)
- • Projects you create
From end-users (submitting feedback):
- • Feedback messages, screenshots, videos they submit
- • Page URL where they submitted feedback
- • Browser type, OS, screen resolution
- • IP address (for rate limiting)
- • Timestamp
How we use it
- • To provide the feedback widget and dashboard
- • To send you important service updates
- • To prevent abuse and spam
- • To improve the service
We don't sell your data. Ever.
Who can see your data
Feedback data: Only you (the project owner) can see feedback submitted to your projects. We don't look at it unless you explicitly ask us for support.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone, except if required by law.
How long we keep it
- • While your account is active: indefinitely
- • After you delete your account: permanently deleted
Your rights
You can:
- • Delete your account anytime
- • Request a copy of your data
- • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- • Unsubscribe from emails (link in every email)
Email us at support@feedport.app for any of these.
Cookies
We use cookies for:
- • Keeping you logged in
- • Remembering your preferences
- • Basic analytics (what pages people visit)
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features won't work.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we'll email you. Continued use of Feedport means you accept the changes.
