By using Feedport, you agree to these terms. We keep this simple and straightforward. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Feedport is

Feedport is a feedback collection widget. You add it to your website, users submit feedback (text, screenshots, videos), and you see it in a dashboard. That's it.

Your account

To use Feedport, you need to:

  • • Be at least 13 years old
  • • Provide a valid email address
  • • Keep your account secure
  • • Not share your account with others (unless they're on your team)

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

What you can't do

  • • Use Feedport for anything illegal
  • • Collect personal data without proper consent/privacy notices
  • • Spam or harass users through the widget
  • • Try to hack or break the service
  • • Resell access to Feedport
  • • Use bots or automated tools (except our API)

If you do any of these, we'll suspend or delete your account.

Your data and content

You own your data. The feedback submitted to your projects belongs to you. We just store and display it.

You're responsible for:

  • • Having the right to collect the feedback you collect
  • • Following privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • • Telling your users you're collecting feedback (privacy policy)
  • • Not collecting sensitive personal information

If someone complains about your use of Feedport, that's between you and them.

Service availability

We try to keep Feedport running 24/7, but we're a small service run by an indie developer. Sometimes things break.

We may:

  • • Have downtime for maintenance
  • • Change or remove features
  • • Suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • • Shut down entirely (with 30 days notice)

We're not liable for any damages if Feedport goes down or loses data.

Limits of our responsibility

Feedport is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll work perfectly or meet your specific needs.

We're not liable for:

  • • Lost data or revenue
  • • Downtime or service interruptions
  • • Issues caused by third-party services
  • • How you use the service

If we are liable for something, it's limited to a reasonable amount.

Cancellation and termination

You can: Delete your account anytime. Your data will be removed after 30 days.

We can: Suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms or we have to for legal reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
